I’m a certified sleep coach, postpartum doula, and former infant and toddler career nanny with over a decade of experience supporting families through the early years.
What drew me to sleep support was watching so many parents feel stuck- either told to just wait it out, or follow methods that feel harsh or misaligned.
The truth is, these aren’t your only options. Sleep changes can be loving and responsive, while supporting both your child and your own well-being.
