Wild Moon Sleep Support might be right for you if…
You’re exhausted and ready for sleep to feel easier.
You’re ready to make a change but would like an alternative to the traditional “cry it out” approach.
Your little one is struggling with early wake-ups, inconsistent naps, or frequent night wakings.
You’d like to transition your child to a crib or floor bed, or stay bed sharing but make it more sustainable.
You’re ready to reduce night feeds or night wean in a way that feels right for both of you.
You want a sleep professional who truly listens, understands parental mental health, attachment, and feeding science, and supports you without judgment or shame.
Meet Rachel
Hi! I’m Rachel, a certified sleep professional, postpartum doula, and former career nanny who cares deeply about helping families feel more rested and supported in the early years.
Sleep advice can feel overwhelming. It’s common to hear that constant exhaustion is just part of parenting, and that there’s nothing you can do. But when you're struggling, that kind of message can feel isolating. Sleep challenges affect the whole family, including your mental health. Rest matters, and the right support can make a real difference.
My approach looks at the full picture: your daily rhythms, feeding journey, your child’s preferences, and your goals and needs as a parent. You’ll be met with compassion, not judgment, and together we’ll explore what meaningful support looks like for you.
I offer virtual sleep coaching for families everywhere, as well as in-person postpartum care and hybrid sleep support in Fort Collins and surrounding Northern Colorado.

Kind Words
“Working with Rachel has been life-changing. In just two weeks, our 10-month baby's nights became so much more predictable— he's falling asleep easier, waking less, and sleeping long stretches that were unimaginable two weeks ago.
Rachel's approach was completely tailored to us. She took our personalities, goals, and lifestyle into account when creating the sleep plan. The daily check-ins and fine tuning along the way were invaluable, giving us the support and confidence we needed.
This transformation has impacted our family in every way. Our baby is learning to sleep independently while still feeling loved and supported, and we as parents are finally getting the rest we need. If you're considering working with Rachel, don't wait-she's making a huge difference in people's lives!”

“Rachel truly changed our lives! Our 4 month old had been struggling for months with sleep - he wouldn't nap more than 20 minutes and was constantly overtired and upset. Falling asleep was just as difficult - it took forever even to start one of those short naps! It was taking a significant toll on our family. Rachel was our savior. Within a week of her assessing our family goals and our baby's needs, our son was sleeping easily and peacefully!! He was falling asleep on his own, and that helped extend naps too. She gave us the tools and the confidence to make it happen. Thank you, Rachel!!”

“Rachel was a godsend to our family and helped take care of our precious but complicated and very fussy newborn daughter. From the first instant, our daughter was filled with smiles and happy coos for Rachel and I could tell Rachel is gifted in caring for infants and genuinely loves spending time with them. She has such a gentle demeanor and everyone in my family remarked at how pleasant she was to be around. She was communicative, patient, punctual, transparent, always asking what more she could do or help with… Everything you could ask for during a hectic and vulnerable time!”
