Hey there! I’m Rachel
I’m a certified sleep coach, postpartum doula, and former infant and toddler career nanny with over a decade of experience supporting families through the early years.
I became passionate about sleep support after seeing how often parents are made to feel like they only have two choices: wait it out, or follow a method that might not feel like the right fit.
But sleep isn’t this black and white. It is absolutely possible to make changes in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and truly works for both you and your child, and I’m here to help you do it!
