This package is also a great fit for bed-sharing families who want better rest while staying together.

Sleep Foundations Call

Newborn – 5 years

This one time call is perfect for expecting parents, families in the newborn stage, or anyone not ready to work on independent sleep yet. We’ll focus on realistic, gentle shifts that can help sleep feel more sustainable, without any sleep training.

Includes:

-1 60 minute google meet or phone call
-Written mini plan of strategies you can put into practice right away.
