One 30 Minute Call to be used at any time during our 2 weeks together for extra coaching.

Sleep Foundations Call

This one-time call is for expecting parents, families in the newborn months looking to gain an understanding of their baby’s sleep.
What We Do:
We look at the biological aspects of sleep (circadian rhythm, sleep pressure, individual sleep needs, schedule adjustments), as well as environment and sensory needs, to gently support your child’s sleep. Biological shifts are often gradual, with results ranging from subtle to significant, depending on individualized factors.

A written individualized sleep guide
One email exchange after 2 weeks of implementing changes
