“Would definitely recommend Rachel as a sleep coach. I did a round of sleep training on my own when my baby was 6 months, and needed more support a few months later. I’m a single parent who works night shifts and was not interested in any plan where my baby was left alone to cry. Rachel worked with our unique situation to develop a strategy that felt individualized and sustainable. My baby went from waking every 90 minutes overnight to feed to just two feeds . “We would highly recommend using Rachel as a sleep consultant. My 8-month-old is an EBF stage 5 clinger and had a very difficult time sleeping on her own, waking 4 times per night. We worked with another sleep consultant who took a very standard approach, which led to hours of endless crying and no sleep over our two weeks together. Rachel really took the time to hear our concerns, and understood that a standard approach wouldn’t work, and catered to our needs. Our daughter needed to feel us close by to feel safe. Rachel was supportive, encouraging, and most of all respectful of our needs instead of forcing a standard process, and ultimately got our baby sleeping much longer stretches.”

Rachel was so great to work with. We had very specific things that we were comfortable with when it came to sleep training and she was so accommodating to our pace. Our 13-month-old went from fully co-sleeping/ breast sleeping/ exclusively nursing to sleep falling asleep, waking every 90 minutes to falling asleep independently, no nursing from 9-5am and sleeping 5 to 8 hours stretches. We've been very happy to be getting more sleep and I highly recommend Rachel if you're looking for a more gentle approach to building sleep skills with your baby.
