About Rachel
Over the past decade, I’ve supported families as a sleep coach, nanny, postpartum doula, and special needs teacher. I’ve worked in homes with many different dynamics- adapting to parenting styles, caring for little ones, and helping parents through the challenges of postpartum and early parenthood.
My past work has given me a strong understanding of infant and early child development and a deep empathy for all that parents carry, guiding me to show up with flexibility, compassion, and respect for each family’s lived reality.
What led me to sleep coaching is seeing how often families feel stuck in navigating sleep. Infant and toddler sleep is one of the most debated subjects in parenting- either being told to just wait it out, or given advice that doesn’t feel right for them or their child. I knew I wanted to support families differently.
I offer evidence-based support, and help cut through the black-and white-noise noise so they can find what feels right for them and their baby. Grounded in developmental sleep science and responsive care, my approach is respectful, collaborative, and tailored to your family’s unique needs. You know your child best, and I’m here to walk alongside you with encouragement, tools, and compassion.
A little more about me…
I have a rich background in theatre! Performing for young audiences is my favorite (as seen in this picture, when I played Ivy in Ivy and Bean the Musical and became a brief child-celebrity in my town).
I’m also passionate about natural, low-tox living and spent time working at a natural wellness store. I enjoy helping families find simple, practical swaps for their bodies, babies and homes.
I live in Northern Colorado with my husband Alex and our quirky dog, Rikki, and provide virtual support worldwide.
