Hey there! I’m Rachel

I’m a double certified baby and toddler sleep coach, a potty coach, and a former postpartum doula and nanny with over ten years of experience supporting families through the early years.

Being in homes with families, I saw how confusing and exhausting sleep can feel for new parents. So many were trying different approaches, reading conflicting advice, and wondering if they should wait it out or follow something that didn’t feel right. Many were scared to make changes or didn’t know where to start.

Sleep isn’t black and white. You can make changes that feel supportive, respectful, and aligned with your family’s needs, and that’s where I come in.

I use evidence-based and attachment-aware sleep and feeding strategies tailored to your specific child and your family’s needs. My work is rooted in connection, compassion, and practicality, so your family can rest well and thrive together.
