Coaching Packages

Comprehensive Sleep Support (2 Weeks)

Investment: $400 $300 (Offering 25% off through April!)

This 2-week package gives you everything you need to make sustainable changes to your child’s sleep, with plenty of support along the way. It’s a great fit if you’re ready to make a change and want guidance as you move through it.

What’s Included:
• 30-minute intake call to explore your family’s sleep situation, goals, and values
• Personalized sleep plan, crafted for your little one and refined together
• 1-hour review call to review and refine the plan, and process any emotions to help you feel prepared and supported
• Daily text check-ins to provide guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot as you implement the plan
• Two 30-minute calls (or four 15-minute check-ins) to be used at any time throughout the plan
• Transition guide PDF to help you handle future bumps like travel, illness, nap changes and daycare tips

Extended Sleep Coaching Package (3 Weeks)

Investment: $500 $375 (Offering 25% off through April!)

This package is ideal for families with younger babies and others looking for a more gradual approach to sleep changes. It provides extra time for implementing changes and offers additional support. You’ll get everything included in the 2-week package, plus more space to move at a slower pace and added support to help you feel grounded and confident.

What’s Included:
• 30-minute intake call to explore your sleep goals, challenges, and parenting values
• Personalized sleep plan tailored to your little one and refined together
• 1-hour review call to review and refine the plan, process emotions, and ensure you feel prepared and supported
• Three weeks of text support for guidance and troubleshooting
• Three 30-minute calls (or six 15-minute check-ins) to be used at any time throughout the plan
• Transition guide PDF to handle future bumps like travel, illness, nap changes and daycare tips

Optional Package Add On:

In-Home Nap or Bedtime Coaching (For Babies Under 6 Months)

Investment: $185 for a 3-hour session

Available in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Timnath, and Longmont

This in-home session is an optional add-on for families who have signed on for a sleep support package and would like extra hands-on help during naps or bedtime. It’s a great way to get real-time guidance and see your plan in action. If you're not looking for a full sleep package but would still like in-person help, you’re welcome to book me as a postpartum doula instead.

What’s Included:
• Three hours of in-home support (sessions must end by 10PM)
• Hands-on modeling and implementation of your sleep approach
• Space to check in, ask questions, and feel supported emotionally
• Help with feeding, soothing, or your baby’s bedtime routine
• A nurturing, judgment-free presence so you don’t have to navigate it alone

Other Offerings

Sleep Tune-Up Call

Investment: $80 for 1 hour

This one-time call is for former clients or parents whose little ones already have a solid sleep foundation but need focused support in a specific area to get things back on track.

Please note: these calls don’t include a sleep plan or written materials. If you’re navigating multiple challenges or bigger transitions, a full package is likely a better fit — especially for new clients. I’m happy to help you figure out what would serve you best. Potential topics include: nap transitions, getting back on track after travel or illness, fine-tuning existing routines, setting loving boundaries, or navigating nap and daytime schedules when starting daycare or preschool.

Postpartum Doula Support

Investment: $38 per hour, 3 hour minimum

Available in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Timnath, and Longmont

Not looking for a full sleep package but want some in-person support?
In addition to sleep-specific services, I offer in-person daytime postpartum doula care to help support your family with all the little things that come with life with a new baby. Whether it’s newborn care, meal support, household help, or a bit of sleep education to start you off on the right track, I’m here to bring a calm, supportive presence to your home.
